**About You**
- Leadership, planning and change management skills
- Problem-solve in a constructive, cooperative and motivating manner
- Demonstrate ability to complete reporting requirements in a timely and accurate manner
- Proven ability to maintain the strictest confidentiality
- Previous experience in the health care industry and or health clinic management
- Previous experience with Patient Management Systems (Meditech, Blue Chip, Medical Director etc.) is highly desirable

**Your Responsibilities**

The Practice Manager will be responsible for the overall operations, development and success of our Ramsay Psychology Practice in West Perth. This will include, but is not limited to:

- Reception Duties - Ensuring clients have a positive experience with our practice from their very first phone call
- Helping to drive referrals to the clinic by building relationships with GPs and other healthcare professionals
- Assisting with GP clinic drop ins, lunches, marketing correspondence and event planning
- Handle patient appointments, maintain records, and process accounts
- End of month financial reporting, invoicing, and accounts management
- Other general administrative functions as required

**Remuneration**

A base salary (pro rata) plus super will be provided based on skills and experience.

**Requirements**:
Everyone who joins Ramsay:

- Must be **vaccinated against Covid-19, **a vaccine approved by the Australian Technical Advisory Group on Immunisation
- _Must provide a _**National Police** check conducted within the previous 12 months
- According to the role, Ramsay may require a **Working-With-Children** check and **proof of immunisation** against infectious diseases
