Manager, Client Services, Worker Screening Unit

**Key duties**:
- Review and identify enhancement to existing systems and process and implement technological solutions to strengthen and streamline operations and improve performance.
- Prepare high quality briefs, correspondence and reports and other documents for the Director and senior management.
- Promote the disability worker screening system as a key risk management and safeguard tool.
- Plan, organise and manage the team's responsibilities, including fostering a professional environment to encourage commitment, ethical behaviour, staff wellbeing, skills development, professional growth and continuous improvement.
- Actively contribute to the strategic management of the worker screening program as a member of the management team and participate on key governance groups as required.
- Ensure the team maintains accurate records and complies with departmental record keeping, privacy and confidentiality requirements.
- Build and sustain positive relationships through effective communication with team members, clients and stakeholders and private sector entities by anticipating and being responsive to client and stakeholder needs and expectations.
- Undertake other tasks and activities as requested by the Director, Worker Screening.
