Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this position will see you working as a Site Supervisor managing residential home builds.

**Skills & Experience**:

- QBCC Site Supervisors license, must have had held your license for 12+ months
- Construction Induction Safety Card
- Trade/Construction Background
- Current Driver’s License

**Duties & Responsibilities**:

- Construct high-quality homes in alignment with approved plans, specifications, and company construction policies within agreed-upon timelines.
- Oversee daily scheduling, management, and coordination of on-site trades, suppliers, deliveries, and the timely completion of administrative tasks.
- Uphold adherence to correct building practices and procedures throughout the construction process.
- Safeguard site safety and cleanliness, prioritising a secure and organised work environment.
- Monitor and ensure that all work meets satisfactory standards, maintaining a commitment to quality.
- Enforce and comply with occupational health and safety regulations to guarantee a secure working environment.
- Participate in monthly construction meetings for effective communication and project coordination.
