As a Residential Construction Supervisor, you will be working in a fast-paced and technical role through a crucial part of our Customers’ new home journey. We have opportunities right across Brisbane and the Gold Coast.

**About the Role**:
You’ll be responsible for scheduling and managing trades, suppliers, delivery of materials, customer communications and expectations and ultimately the smooth and safe delivery of quality new homes for our customers.

You’ll work closely with your Construction Manager and the other supervisors in your team and will form strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal Plantation Homes team members.

**You’ll look forward to**:

- Providing an outstanding experience for our Customers’ throughout their new home journey
- Supervising the construction of multiple new homes within customer service, quality, safety and agreed timeframe guidelines
- Coordinating trade schedules to ensure a smooth build process
- Building respectful and cooperative partnerships with your suppliers and subcontractors
- Working with our HSE team to uphold a high standard of workplace health and safety

**About You**:
You have supervisory experience in the residential volume construction industry and a trade background. You are genuinely excited about building market-leading homes for our valued customers. You have your Cert IV in Building & Construction and ideally a Site Supervisor Licence. Your success in this role comes from a trusting relationship with your customers and trades and your ability to effectively manage simultaneous projects from start to finish.

Your reputation is important to you and you see our brand as an extension of your own. While your role has significant autonomy, you'll join a larger team known for giving each other a hand and support when they need it. You are highly approachable and organised. You have a great communication style and the ability to remain calm and professional, even under pressure. You know when to consult with others.
