HR Reporting Analyst | Based at Ultimo or Eastern Creek offices & WFH 3 days a week | Up to $500 p/d + super

**Your new company**
A large corporate organisation within the Energy, Utilities and Mining Sector, seeking a HR Reporting Analyst covering a Secondment of their current Analyst

**Your new role**
- You will be responsible for HR systems and reporting handling all reporting from a HR perspective
- Providing insights based off HR data
- Ensuring data integrity and that HR reporting is accurate
- Preparing monthly executive reports to include statistics and insight on attrition, retention, exit versus entry
- All reporting carried out through SuccessFactors and Excel
- Provide insights across HR operational functions
- Manage data cleansing, validation, working with team managers and GM
- Adhoc data requests from these managers

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Experience in HR generalist roles highly regarded.
- Experience in SuccessFactors high regarded.
- Strong skills in Excel are essential.
- SQL advantageous but not necessary.

**What you'll get in return**
- Minimum 3 month assignment, with potential for extension
- Competitive day rate of up to $500 per day + super.
