HR Analyst

The HR Analyst - Reporting and Reward reports to the Group Remuneration & Reporting Manager and is part of the People, Safety and Culture team. The key focus of this role is to provide regular HR reporting and support the wider group through reporting, remuneration and benefits tasks and projects. More specifically, you will:
- Take the lead on producing the monthly HR report, including data collection and analysis, and preparation of presentation slides for monthly HR reporting
- Work with the manager to plan and deliver the annual salary review across the group
- Provide support to perform annual, ongoing and ad hoc reviews of award pay rates to ensure legal compliance
- Analysis and ad hoc reporting for internal stakeholders including managers and members of the PC&S team to enable informed and data-driven decision making
- Maintain, promote and improve NEX Building Group’s employee benefits offering and support, educate and encourage employees to access benefits available
- Establish and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
You will share a passion for our purpose and be aligned to our core values. In addition, you will demonstrate:
- At least 2 years’ experience working in an analytical role within an HR team
- Advanced MS Excel including data management and analysis skills
- Keen eye for detail and commitment to maintaining high standards
- Ideally experience being involved in an annual salary review process and working with employee benefit programs
- Sound understanding of modern employment awards (preferrable)
