Our client, a leading transport brand in Melbourne's CBD are seeking an experienced Payroll Administrator to join a high performing team. The role will report into the Team Manager, Payroll and will be involved in the payroll function end to end. You will have experience in working within payroll and within a fast-paced environment, having the ability to manage a busy and varied workload with competing deadlines.

This role will require someone to have high attention to detail, be a self-starter and to hit the ground running with the admin function. You will be an integral part of this payroll team in an organisation that values its people and their careers, with excellent training and development opportunities on offer.

**Duties within the role will include**:

- Payroll Administration across the ADP Payforce
- Experience in the processing of payroll and associated records including superannuation and relevant taxation legislation.
- Ensuring the integrity of the payroll postings and compliance of the payroll process
- Preparing documents of employee files
- Generating weekly and monthly reports
- General customer and client support
- Liaising with external stakeholders and vendors

**Required skill set**:

- 2-3 years experience in either finance or payroll
- Knowledge and experience working within payroll reporting
- Demonstrated experience managing stakeholders and competing priorities
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively when required
- Exceptional attention to detail and organisation skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
