Provide technical support for Microsoft related technologies: Office 365, Windows server and client Osecs and Active Directory.

Track, configure and deploy hardware / software for end users including workstations, laptops and mobile devices.

Maintain and develop documentation standard operating procedures, knowledge base articles, training materials

Ticket creation and management, including communication with users informing of incident progress, along with customer notification of impending changes and agreed outages

Responsible for escalation of service or project issues that cannot be completed within service level agreements

Responsible for following all safety rules, policies, procedures and regulations, maintain a safe workplace

Proficient in MS office and O365, windows desktop and servers

Experience with servicenow ITSM tools

identifying and evaluating inefficiencies, deficiencies and limitations in existing systems and associated processes, procedures and methods, and recommending optimal business practices, and system functionality and behaviour

Ability to match resources to technical issues appropriately using project management methodologies, principles and techniques to develop project plans and to cost, resource and manage projects

Ability to work independent with mínimal supervision, while consistently maintaining attention to details.

Excellent time management, meet deadlines and accomplish tasks acting as a central reference and information source, providing guidance and assistance in the system project decision making process identifying, formulating and documenting user ICT requirements

Excellent interpersonal skills. must be able to communicate effectively in a professional manner both verbally and writing

Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
