**Your new company**

Based in Melbourne's CBD, this organisation is seeking a Communications and Engagement Adviser to provide strategic and communications services to support up-coming projects This will include communication with other government departments, delivering internal communications, engagement strategies and plans to implement across a diverse portfolio. This role will be a temp position for 5 months, working with a small team.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to develop and deliver high quality communication materials using clear, concise, and grammatically correct language.
- Demonstrated experience being resourceful and proactive in delivering communications services to stakeholders and colleagues.
- Demonstrated ability to provide conceptual and analytical skills, with a strong initiative and a ‘can do’ approach to identify issues and risk to develop appropriate solutions to solve problems and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Proven ability to adapt to changing circumstances and embrace ambiguity as an opportunity to influence and provide clarity
