DSV Air & Sea is seeking to hire a skilled and passionate Administrative Specialist, National Implementation in Melbourne or Sydney.

The position is responsible for supporting and coordinating implementation of local, regional and global accounts. Supporting key stakeholders during implementation and post go-live date ensuring customer’s needs and expectations are met.

**Your typical day at DSV**:

- Initiate and coordinate the implementation for assigned accounts through the test phase (trial shipments), go live production, up to the point where all parties are satisfied that the operations are running smoothly.
- Liaise with the DSV Commercial Team to confirm expectations, timelines and ownership based on the needs assessment and what was agreed upon (sold).
- Follow implementation process based on the awarded contract details.
- Assist with and prepare Internal Operating and Standard Operating Procedures.
- Ensure that DSV’s offices/agents understand the account’s requirements/expectations and follow-up with appropriate corrective action when needed.
- Manage implementation projects based on the DSV Business Implementation methodology for assigned accounts.
- Provide support and assistance with set up of reports for clients.
- Create new accounts when required, set up customer profile (organisation) in CargoWise One & digital products (MyDSV)

**About You**:

- Experience using CargoWise One with in depth functional knowledge and experience in Air & Ocean Freight Forwarding, Customer Service and Commercial Business.
- Good operational know-how (customer service, document processing exports & imports, customs clearance, and procurement)
- Strong decision-making capabilities and high accountability
- Great time management skills
- Strong communication skills - both verbal and written
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
