**THE COMPANY**
We are a gold explorer and producer that is uniquely positioned to further unlock the potential of our 1200km2 land holding in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Our operations at Davyhurst is located 120 km north-west of Kalgoorlie. We have a total mineral resource inventory of 2.00 Moz at an average grade of 2.5 g/t Au, and defined mineral reserves of 276koz at 1.9 g/t Au. Our tenements are also highly prospective for Nickel, Copper and Lithium.

**THE ROLE**

The purpose of the Process Plant Operator is to operate sections of the plant to complete mandatory tasks and ad hoc duties, to maintain the efficiency and effectiveness of the section. They will keep the whole of the plant in an operating condition as well as being responsible for maintaining safety and environmental conditions.

**The responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standard of safety in accordance with Company policies and workplace safety and environmental regulations
- Monitor, control and operate, processing circuits of the processing plant, including the gold room
- Carry out data collection and maintain accurate data entry logs
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with metallurgy and maintenance personnel to achieve high plant reliability and production targets
- Conduct workplace inspections as required
- Actively participate in health, safety and operational initiatives
- Have a commitment to working safely
- General housekeeping duties to ensure that the process plant and work area is maintained to a high standard
- Other duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the processing plant.

**ABOUT YOU**
- 3 - 5 years working as a process operator within a gold processing plant
- Previous experience and knowledge of gold room processes and policies
- Good attention to details to collect and input data into systems
- Have the proven ability to manage own time and multi-task
- Tickets / Licenses:

- Hold a WA manual driver’s license Class “C” - essential
- Bridge and gantry cranes
- Forklift ticket
- Front End Loader ticket
- Skid Steer Loader (Bobcat)
- Confined Space and Gas Test Atmosphere
- Certificate - Work at Heights
- Have good computer skills, including Microsoft (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Have experience in the use of other systems including:

- Safety System data input InControl (INX)
- Raise work orders (Pronto)
