Skilled Resources Group provides permanent and temporary recruitment solutions, as well as HR services and consultancy to the Mining, Engineering, Construction and Maintenance Industry throughout WA.

We are currently seeking skilled Wet Plant Process Operators for project roles across WA.

Responsibilities:

  • Operating all plant sections, including Grinding, Flotation, LIMS/WHIMS separation, Thickening, Filtration, Control Room, concentrate load-out, and tailings disposal.
  • Monitoring and optimizing operations, maintaining high housekeeping standards, and conducting daily inspections to ensure safety and compliance.

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated safety commitment.
  • Experience in lithium, gold or copper processing operations.
  • Working at heights, Confined Spaces and Gas Test Atmospheres tickets (desirable)
  • Experience operating forklifts, telehandlers, loaders, and bobcats (desirable)
  • Hold, or willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 12 months
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screen
  • Australian driver's license (Manual)
