**THE COMPANY**
Ora Banda Mining (ASX: OBM) is a uniquely positioned gold exploration and development company as 100% owner of the Davyhurst Gold Project in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. The Davyhurst project is located 120km northwest of Kalgoorlie in the Eastern Goldfields of Western Australia. The project area holds significant regional exploration potential in a District Scale land holding comprised of over 200 tenements, covering an area of 1,350km2 which contains more than 200 kilometres of strike within a highly prospective greenstone belt.

**THE ROLE**
Ora Banda Mining are seeking expressions of interest for Entry Level Process Plant Operators to join our site-based processing team.

This is a great entry level role. As part of the training, our experienced operators will provide you with support and mentoring to develop skills to monitor, control and operate processing circuits of the gold processing plant.

Recent Metallurgy, Chemical or Process Engineering graduates who are seeking an entry level role into the gold industry are encouraged to apply.

Key responsibilities include:

- Develop skills to operate the different stages of gold processing
- Perform general housekeeping duties to ensure that the process plant and work area is maintained to a high standard
- Perform data entry functions (relating to the processing plant).
- Establish and maintain good working relationships with the processing and maintenance teams
- Be involved in workplace inspections
- Conduct vehicle / mobile machinery pre-start checks and inspections
- Follow Company policies and operating procedures
- Other duties as required to ensure smooth operation of the processing plant.

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following skills, licenses and experience:

- Have an interest in working as part of a mineral processing team
- Have a full WA manual driver’s license Class “C” (essential)
- An aptitude for mechanical processes and problem solving
- Be a team player with a positive attitude
- Be a good communicator
- Can follow instruction
- Microsoft Computer Skill - Basic Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint

**ELIGIBILITY**:

- Must be willing to obtain a National Police Clearance valid within 6 months
- Reside in WA or willing to relocate at own cost.
