**What you will be doing**
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Regulatory Compliance, the Manager, Election Compliance will:

- Lead the planning, delivery and evaluation of statewide election compliance operations for major election events.
- Oversee the recruitment, training and coordination of a large compliance workforce, including investigators, supervisors and coordinators.
- Develop and embed systems, tools and procedures for triaging, referring and resolving compliance matters across VEC's field and command centre operations.
- Provide strategic advice and leadership to ensure compliance approaches align with legislation, investigative frameworks, and regulatory best practice.
- Manage day-to-day engagement with key stakeholders including other regulators, local councils and integrity bodies

**What you will bring to the role**
- Demonstrated success delivering large-scale operational programs across distributed or fast-paced environments.
- Outstanding stakeholder engagement skills and the ability to lead compliance teams under pressure.
- Strong analytical and reporting abilities to support real-time decision making.
