Important update on location: this role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of the Event Strategy and Delivery (ESD) Branch during a period of growth and transition. Initially based at 530 Collins Street, Melbourne VIC 3000, the position will relocate to the new office at 465 Plummer Street, Port Melbourne. The new location will become the primary workplace for the ESD branch from October 2025.
What you will be doing
Reporting directly to the Senior Advisor, Program Governance this role will be responsible for:
- Managing and contributing to projects relating to election program administration, governance, compliance and technical system support.
- Leading a team that supports the planning, execution, and evaluation of electoral events within the Event Strategy and Delivery Branch.
- Advising the Branch leadership team on the preparation of documents, reports and submissions.
- Initially the focus will be on election dress rehearsal then assigned to other project priorities in program delivery
