**About Us**:
Apart of the Wesfarmers Health Division, Priceline Pharmacy is Australia's leading health and beauty retailer. We are looking for a Local Area Marketing (LAM) Manager to join the Marketing team based out of our Melbourne Support Office.

As a key member of the extended marketing leadership team, this role is critical in supporting the Senior Manager - Planning and Operations to develop annual and longer-term marketing plans and brand strategies that deliver to company KPIs. Local Area Marketing activity focuses on the brand development and tailored marketing promotions of the Priceline store network including new store openings, in store activations, sponsorships, leveraging national major campaigns at a local level and bespoke marketing campaigns.

They will play a significant leadership role across the entire marketing team with a responsibility to coach, develop and mentor direct and indirect team members, drive positive cultural change across the team and always be the voice of the customer and our brand.

**About the Role**:
**The responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
- Manage the execution of LAM promotions nationally and provide guidance and support to the marketing coordinators when delivering local marketing campaigns including in store promotions, VIP events, special offers, community engagement and other tactical events as briefed by stores
- Deliver an effective rolling 12-month Local Area Marketing program, delivering to business KPIs
- Drive and manage the Priceline LAM portal development and ensure operational effectiveness
- Oversee the delivery of new/refurbished store openings and local area marketing programs
- Works with key franchise groups to deliver targeted LAM campaign support
- Deliver campaign and creative briefs to the internal studio or the external agency
- Develop creative and media recommendations in line with the overall brand marketing strategy

- Minimum 8 years’ experience in marketing preferably; retail and in a franchised environment
- Experience in executing local area marketing campaigns preferred but not essential
- A high level of understanding of traditional and non-traditional media
- Ability to manage and lead a small team to deliver business objectives
- The ability to work in a flexible and dynamic working environment
- Proven ability to build cross functional business relationships
