**THE ROLE**:
**a genuine, generalist opportunity at a HRC level, to provide hands-on assistance **in the following key areas:
- **Recruitment/ Selection & Temp Management processes**: Source, identify, onboard and monitor quality people to meet the growing needs of our business, whilst providing constructive and developmental feedback along the way.
- **People “focus” and “feedback” conduit**: Communicate with work teams and the whole of business group, seeking periodic feedback on training and onboarding progress.
- **Maintenance of the HR administration sphere**: Maintain and develop existing HR files, systems and instruments, monthly staff newsletters and network bulletins.
- **Assist in departmental projects and initiatives**: Employee Assistance Program, IR instruments, special events, regular meetings and info sessions.
- **Support and actively promote the decisions and direction of company management**.
**WHAT WE'RE SEEKING**:
2) Recent and verifiable work experience at HRC or HRA level is required. This experience in manufacturing, engineering and/or construction assignments will be highly regarded.
