Logistics Co-ordinator

About the Role

Nu-Pure Beverages is seeking an organised and detail-driven Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced Supply Chain team in Stapylton.

This is a full-time, on-site position reporting to the Logistics Supervisor, responsible for managing all administrative processes related to the receipt and dispatch of goods.

You'll play a key role in ensuring customer orders are processed accurately and efficiently by coordinating documentation, scheduling transport, and maintaining critical logistics systems.

Our Stapylton site is home to a collaborative logistics team that works closely with production and supply chain functions to deliver seamless customer service across Australia.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the administrative process associated with Business Partner (BP) sales orders.
• Update relevant systems, including the Freight Management System (FMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), and Enterprise Resource Planning System (ERP).

• Generate and manage dispatch documentation, such as:

• Delivery connotes

• Pallet transfers and exchanges
• Pallet labels

• FMS manifests

• Convert BP sales orders into ERP accounts payable invoices.

• Schedule and coordinate transport collection and delivery times.
• Verify the accuracy of all transport and pallet invoices.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards under HACCP and Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirements.
• Maintain accurate DIFOT measurables on carrier partners.
• Schedule transport collection on carrier partner portals.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience as a Logistics Coordinator (or similar) within a manufacturing environment.
• Technical knowledge of Oracle ERP systems.
• Experience with pallet or freight management systems is highly regarded.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
• Understanding of SQF Code, HACCP, Management Systems, and GMP principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively within a team environment.
