The Graduate Product Owner will assist Product Owners in gathering feature requests, scheduling releases, and coordinating sprints. To succeed in this role, they must be able to identify user needs and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage product releases effectively.

Reporting to the Chapter Manager, Digital, the Graduate Product Owner will work closely with engineering teams, other Product Owners, business stakeholders, and the broader Delivery Team. They will also engage with Operations and Customer Experience teams to ensure that the products delivered align with customer needs and enhance the overall customer experience.

The role supports Product Owners in managing the full product life cycle within the assigned product portfolio, as well as contributing to the ongoing evolution and enhancement of existing products provided to customers.

Key areas of focus include supporting the development of product roadmaps, managing and refining the product backlog, mapping user journeys, and assisting teams in the planning and facilitation of Scrum ceremonies.

**Qualifications** What you'll need to succeed**:

- Background in Telecommunications Engineering is desirable
- Strong interest in the telecommunications and/or technology industries
- High-performing, demonstrated by a distinction average or higher academic record
- Previous work experience or internship in product ownership is an advantage
- Experience with, or exposure to, project management tools is desirable
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- Proactive, with strong attention to detail
- Capable of managing competing demands and prioritizing tasks effectively
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to generate ideas and solutions
- Good customer service skills and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships
