**Job Description**:
**What will you do?**

Working with TSA, you will support My Car - one of Australia's largest tyre, automotive service and repair businesses. You will be helping customers buy new tyres and schedule fitments. You will ask the right questions to understand the exact need of the customer, liaise with suppliers to ensure tyres are onsite and available, and then book the customer in at their closest My Car location on a day and time that suits them best.

My Car’s biggest investment is their team, and the first thing you will learn is that they genuinely put their customers first.

**What you need to know about the role**:

- This is a permanent full-time position, the first 6 weeks will be based in our Burwood office for training and support, from there you can move to a hybrid working model (2 days in office and 3 days from home)
- You will work on a rotating roster: 8am - 6.30pm Monday - Saturday (Every 2nd Saturday, you then get a day off in the week to substitute this)
- 7.6 hour shifts, 5 shifts per week
- You must be located within and around the Burwood area to be successful in the role
- Must have stable fixed internet connection with a home office set up
