NEPEAN Finance is a shared service function based in Narellan, providing services to all a range of NEPEAN’s businesses across Australia.

**About the Role**

Due to internal progression we have an opportunity for a Junior Payroll Assistant to join our team. Reporting to the Finance Manager, this position will prepare conduct end to end payroll activities across multiple NEPEAN businesses.

Duties will include, but not be limited to;
- Processing end to end, multiple weekly, fortnightly and monthly payrolls accurately and on time.
- Attending to payroll queries.
- Maintain pay records, associated time keeping data statistics, leave records and related information.
- Calculating Termination and Redundancy Pays
- Set-Up and termination of new and exiting employees.
- Processing of headcount, leave reports and other employee related reporting.
- General related tasks and administration as required.

The role offers flexibility and can work around you. Part time and full time options are available.

**About You**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Minimum 1 year prior experience and solid track record in payroll activities.
- Experience in weekly, fortnightly and monthly payroll cycles is advantageous.
- MS Office proficiency
- Be an organised team player.
- Strong attention to detail and administration skills
- Demonstrated experience working under pressure.
- Have excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise and meet targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
