Our Cloud Infrastructure Services & Modern Work (CIS &MW) practice brings together the right technology, processes and culture to deliver business agility and cost reduction to our clients. We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.
Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks.
Let’s talk about the role and responsibilities:
- Managing the cyber security delivery quality and addressing any issues with offshore cyber security teams
- Ensuring cyber security delivery is meeting the obligations under the contract.
- Supporting customers in understanding, evaluating, implementing, and strategising Cybersecurity services, projects, and technologies.
- Developing and managing project timelines, budgets, stakeholders, and scope on a global and local level.
- Understanding and identifying client needs. Creating cybersecurity solutions to cover those needs and presenting these solutions to strategic, tactical, and operational level client stakeholders.
- Assuring security services are seamlessly delivered to customers
- Reporting performance against the cyber security components of the contract.
- Financial Management of the project code.
Let’s talk about your capability and experience:
- Experience leading and managing cybersecurity teams in complex multitower delivery projects
- Builds relationships with key customer stakeholders (e.g., from CISO and their peers down)
- Has oversite of any cyber security delivery work bring delivered to the customers
- Take ownership of any cyber security delivery issues before they get escalated
- To be a trusted advisor that the client can have open discussions with
- Liaise with offshore cybersecurity SMEs for any delivery issues
- Identifies opportunities for sales growth within the account
- Solid background with Information and data security principles
- Must have experience in Security Governance, Risk and Compliance and control implementation
- Good governance exposure on ISO 27001, PCI DSS, SOX, GDPR standard and regulatory requirement
- Periodic status updates and reporting
- Knowledge in Unix, Windows, Active Directory
- Knowledge of networking principles including TCP/IP
- Knowledge of Security tools for Vulnerability Management, Privilege Identity management, SIEM, Firewall
- Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Services, or similar
- Good to have trainings / certifications (ISO 27001:2013 LA/LI, CISA, CISM, CISSP, CCSP)
