**What we are seeking**:

- Previous experience in a civil construction position supervising earthworks packages
- Strong ability to monitor a section of work and co-ordinate resources to deliver on time and budget, while upholding a high quality standard
- An engaging and driven leader with experience in driving a high standard of work and safety
- Previous experience of managing a large work crew
- Be able to show competence in planning projects and recording progress
- Strong IT and communication skills
- Excellent safety record

**What to expect in this role**:

- Monitor a part of a project to ensure your section or package of work delivered on time and budget, within quality standards
- Lead and coordinate labour, plant, materials and subcontractors daily
- Manage works in accordance with the Project Management Plan
- Have a strong focus on personal and team safety through our "Safety is My Way" initiative
- Ensure your team is fully skilled and has the required resources to meet productivity targets
- Drive productivity and manage the performance of your team and subcontractors
- Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
- Conduct and participate in site meetings (toolboxes, pre-start, inductions and other health and safety requirements)
