**About the role**:
The Account Manager is a full time, permanent position, based in Darra.
Reporting to the State Sales Manager (Residential) this role is responsible for driving budgeted sales revenue by managing customer relationships and creating and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies for the residential market sector across the Bayside, Northside Country Burnett and Western QLD area.
**Key Accountabilities**:
- Deliver the numbers for area - EBIT, Revenue, Volume and ASP
- Deliver DSO targets.
- Identify & execute opportunities for new customers & product growth with existing customers.
- Develop, implement, and monitor major customer account plans.
- Establish major customer target lists and develop strategic plans on how to grow the business.
- Develop and/ or maintain relationships with key customers.
- Resolve issues & complaints with clients as required.
- Champion agreed National initiatives, Marketing campaigns and New Product Development (NPD)
- Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement with efficient business processes and systems, resulting in a frictionless customer experience.
- Competitor and market analysis
- Ensure customer account plans & call cycles are implemented & actioned.
- Monitor customer & market activity and feedback via CRM
