We seek a hands-on **Administrative Associate** to join our dynamic team based in Sydney at **Lime e-Bikes**

This role will be pivotal in supporting Lime’s operations and keeping Lime’s e-bikes rolling around the city. _It is the perfect opportunity for someone looking for entry-level roles in office support environments_.

As part of your supporting role at Lime, the Administrative Associate will be handling daily operational tasks, as well as general office ad-hoc requests. This role will help boost the team's efficiency and contribute to team-based initiatives to improve the efficiency of Lime’s operations and way of working.

**Day-to-day tasks include**:

- Compile reports as requested by Lime’s Operational manager.
- Onboard all new employees
- Submit timesheets on a weekly basis, keeping regular contact with our labour hire partners
- Manage invoices
- Support the Operations Coordinator in staff compliance
- Reconcile supplier invoices
- Responsible for regular ordering from local suppliers
- Additional administrative tasks and ad-hoc requests

**Working hours**:

- Monday - Friday (5-day availability)
- 8:00 am to 4:00 pm 30-minute (unpaid) lunch break

**Pay rates are**:

- Monday to Friday: $33.96 - $34.59 per hour

We currently offer Casual positions under the **Clerks—Private Sector Award 2020 [MA000002]**Level 2.
