Our flagship boutique in Double Bay is the heart of our operations, where we bring our playful and edgy designs to life for our local customers. We are looking for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Sales Associate.

**Position Overview**:
As a Part-Time Sales Associate at Vuoi, you will be the face of our brand in the boutique. You will engage with customers, share our brand story, and help them find the perfect pieces that align with their personal style and our unique aesthetic. Your role will be crucial in creating a memorable shopping experience that reflects Vuoi's spirit of joy, adventure, and effortless edge.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers in the boutique, providing a personalized and engaging shopping experience.
- Share the Vuoi brand story and educate customers on our jewelry collections and the unique design inspirations behind them.
- Build and maintain customer relationships to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and contribute to the store’s overall success.
- Assist with social media content creation and online customer engagement to expand Vuoi's community and reach.
- Stay updated on jewelry trends and product knowledge to provide exceptional service and advice to customers.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous retail or sales experience, preferably in fashion or jewelry.
- Passionate about fashion, design, and self-expression.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated with a desire to achieve sales targets and deliver outstanding customer service.
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as needed.
