They seek a new team member to join their large Customer Service team to support their sales division. This is initially a temporary opportunity with an immediate start with a permanent opportunity available after a period of 3 months The permanent salary is dependent on experience and sits between $60 - $70K + Super.

**Your Role**

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside a high performing team, your role will include:

- Setting up new customer account and maintaining the customer database.
- Updating customer details on the system.
- Supporting the high achieving sales team by delivering administration support including data and reporting.
- Resolving any hiccups that occur in the customer service process by providing an outstanding resolution for the customer.
- General Administration for the teams you support.

**Your Profile**

As a Customer Service Officer with proven experience within your field, you will be able to demonstrate the following:

- Excellent communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- The ability to work quickly and accurately.
- Exposure to large CRM systems and a passion to delivery exceptional service to both internal and external key stakeholders

Basic sales experience and/or a background in logistics would be beneficial, but not necessary. Experience working in the manufacturing, engineering or automotive sector will also be highly regarded.

You will have a down to earth nature, and a natural ‘get up and go’ personality. You will be reliable, you take pride in your work and have a confident and professional attitude.
