We are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join the Perth Property team at a national corporate law firm. You will be working directly with Partners and a range of lawyers in a diverse team, with the opportunity to have a variety of work and a degree of autonomy.

Duties will include but not be limited to;
- Strong organisational and file management skills
- Experience electronic billing
- An eye for detail, strong service orientation and an enthusiastic approach to your work
- The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
- Advanced skills in Word, Outlook and Excel
- Exceptional communication skills

Experience as a legal secretary in a property practice with knowledge of PEXA and Landgate systems is desirable but not essential.
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Corporate presentation
- Pleasant demeanour
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal
- Exceptional time management and organisational skills
