KBE Legal Talent have been exclusively briefed by one of Australia’s fastest growing companies to secure an Assistant Company Secretary.

Given the calibre of this organisation, this role requires an experienced Assistant Company Secretary with a minimum of 5+ years of experience. Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

- Working closely with the Company Secretary to manage the compliance and governance across this group’s multiple entities.
- Assist with preparation of board meetings, agendas including all associated documentation.
- Preparation of all governance documentation for all group entities.
- Drafting resolutions.
- Changes of directorship.
- Ensure this company’s multiple entities are compliant with Australian corporate law and regulations.

If you are an experienced Assistant Company Secretary from a private organisation or an ASX-listed Company, we are very interested in speaking with you.

The role will see you undertake an integral role within a fast-moving environment assisting iconic multiple entities with compliance and governance.
