Saints is seeking to employ a Duty Manager to join our professional team of managers.

To be successful the applicant will have proven experience and knowledge in this role:

- Work closely with the team of Duty Managers to maintain all standards throughout the club.
- Oversee all daily operation of Club activities including bar, gaming, safe & CRT balancing, ATM’s, promotions, security of Club premises and all other member facilities.
- Leadership & Supervision of staff: Duty allocation, performance monitoring.
- Ensuring the delivery of exceptional customer service, liaising with both staff, patrons, and contractors, and building strong relationships.
- Providing clear written shift reports.

As this is a key management role in the Club you will need to display the following.
- Mentoring & Development of team members.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Effective multitasking and problem-solving abilities.
- A proactive approach to conflict resolution.
- The ability to work rostered shifts including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays.
- RSA and RCG.

This role will pay an above ward salary, uniforms, and duty meals while on shift.
