Duty Manager– Large Club Operation – Ipswich

  • Duty Manager – Large Award Winning Ipswich Club
  • Immediate Start – Salary Position

Club Services Ipswich (CSI) is a progressive and strong performing licensed club located in North Ipswich.

At the heart of the operation is the clubs ongoing commitment to the greater Ipswich community and in particular the Ipswich RSL Sub-Branch and Ipswich Railway RSL Sub-Branch.

CSI Ipswich operates seven (7) days a week from 10am till Late (4am Licence)

Key Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will display a strong focus required in the following key areas of operation:

  • Policy and procedure
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Best practice methodology
  • Unwavering commitment to cash management, reconciliation, banking & reporting
  • Gaming operations including customer service, compliance and administration.
  • Catering operations including customer service, compliance and stock control
  • Beverage operations including customer service, compliance and stock control.
  • Other:
  • Conduct daily promotional activities (promotional draws, raffles etc)
  • Active and consistent commitment to staff and management meetings
  • Must be a hands on supervisor across all areas of the operation
  • Strict adherence to industry laws and regulations
  • Must be able to work day, night and overnight shifts
  • Willingness to go above and beyond to achieve results

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

  • Minimum 4 years' experience within the hospitality industry
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory role within a club, pub or casino operation
  • Current RSA & RSG certificate
  • Approved Manager's Licence (current)
  • RMLV qualification (current)
  • Certificate IV in Hospitality  or similar (preferable)
  • Current Driver's License (current)
