**The Client**:
The client is a well-known cluster of the NSW State Government, who are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to join the team. The role will be looking after an internationally renowned site based in the CBD.

**The Role**:

- Manage the delivery of capital works projects
- Maintain strong stakeholder relationships
- Manage base building issues and coordinate efficient and effective response
- Maintain hard & soft services
- Ensuring that facilities meet government regulations and environmental, health and security standards

**You Will Have**:

- Previous experience in Facilities Management, ideally on Commercial, Retail or Industrial assets is a must
- Previous experience delivering capital works projects
- Strong written and verbal communication
