Join our team as a **Quality Compliance Lead - Retirement Living** and play a crucial role in ensuring high standards of resident safety, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement.

**About the Role**

As the **Quality Compliance Lead**, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and monitoring quality and compliance systems across a portfolio of retirement living communities. You’ll work collaboratively with operational leaders, village managers, and other internal stakeholders to ensure services align with industry regulations and best practices.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure compliance with the Retirement Villages Act, Work Health and Safety (WHS) legislation, privacy laws, and other regulatory frameworks
- Monitor legislative changes and communicate key updates to stakeholders
- Lead audit processes, accreditation reviews, and incident investigations
- Maintain and review policies, procedures, and compliance documentation
- Oversee risk assessments and corrective actions to support operational teams
- Drive Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI) initiatives for resident safety and wellbeing
- Provide training to village managers on regulatory obligations and quality standards
- Foster strong relationships with internal teams and external regulatory agencies

**About You**

To excel in this role, you will bring:

- Tertiary qualification in Health, Community Services, Quality Management, Business, or a related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within retirement living, aged care, or human services
- Expertise in auditing, compliance management, and continuous improvement
- Strong knowledge of retirement living legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to support and influence teams
- Proven ability to manage incidents and drive risk mitigation strategies
- Advanced time management, problem-solving, and organisational skills

**Essential Requirements**
- National Police Clearance Certificate (no older than 6 months).
- Proof of current influenza and COVID-19 vaccinations, as per Amana Living policies.
- Completion of a pre-employment medical & Reference checks
- Western Australia Drivers Licence
