**Your Opportunity**:
**As a Supervisor for BildGroup’s Infrastructure Team, you’ll oversee approximately 50 team members on-site, ensuring that all activities align with contract specifications, policies, procedures, and schedules. You’ll play a pivotal role in driving excellence on a civil infrastructure road upgrade project in Melbourne’s Inner West.**

**This role involves a 24-hour operation, with both day and night shifts. There are two Supervisor positions available**:

- **6-month contract with the potential for extension based on upcoming projects.**:

- **Permanent, full-time position offering long-term career growth.**

**What You’ll Bring**
- **Minimum 10 years of civil infrastructure experience, with at least 5 years in a supervisory role.**:

- **Proven expertise in road construction and upgrades, including intersections, traffic lights, drainage, asphalts. Etc.**:

- **Strong leadership skills to manage and inspire large teams on-site.**:

- **In-depth knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental standards and regulations.**:

- **Proficiency in managing live traffic, community engagement, and liaising with stakeholders.**:

- **White Card and a valid Driver’s License are mandatory.**

**What You’ll Do**
- **Oversee daily construction activities, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.**:

- **Lead site meetings, toolbox talks, and inductions.**:

- **Manage documentation, including timesheets, delivery dockets, and site diaries.**:

- **Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.**:

- **Collaborate with engineers and managers to deliver projects on time and within scope.**
