Pacific Structural & Welding, we are steel fabrication and Installation business located in the northern suburbs Melbourne. (Working all over Melbourne).

Our main focus is on the fabrication and installation of structural steel for construction of both commercial and residential projects.

This role involves the assistance in site installations of steelwork projects ranging from small and big installations.

**The successful person must have**:

- Proven general experience in structural steel/welding.
- Proven experience safely moving steel off vehicles and around on work sites.
- a strong ability to read and interpret steel marking/set-out plans.
- Hold a current forklift license.
- Good communication skills (i.e. coordinate with client builders/site supervisors and our design/fabrication) and
- Good leadership skills (i.e. ability to motivate the site team to work safely and accurately and efficiently to get the job done).
- Good problem solving skills

**Salary**: From $30.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Campbellfield, VIC 3061: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
