**About the role**:

- Provide high level customer service and stewardship to Aspect’s supporters
- Provide coordination and administrative support to the fundraising team to help grow, engage and retain supporters
- Support the team with our warm appeals, from coordinating photoshoots, to checking copy, producing reports, coding income and sending receipts.
- Maintain accurate and current information in the database and assist with reporting
- Foster strong relationships within Aspect including the wider Fundraising team and other key internal stakeholders

**What we are looking for**:

- 1+ years’ experience in working in a fundraising, marketing, or customer experience environment
- Ability to juggle multiple projects with strong time management skills
- Exceptional interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Solid database experience an with an analytical mindset towards data
