Within Western Australia our Mining & Resources Division delivers engineering and construction projects for our key Tier 1 iron ore producing clients, which enables them to sustain and expand their mining operations throughout the Pilbara Region of Western Australia. As a trusted partner to the WA resource sector, Calibre is integrated in our Client’s Major Projects which enables up to go above and beyond and succeed together with our clients.

**The Role**:

- Issuing relevant quality / non-conformance notices in accordance with Site procedures
- Coordinate any requirements for auditing of the Engineer’s Site construction management team
- Conduct audits of key Contractor documentation
- Engaging with the contractor QA/QC representatives to ensure they are aware of the requirements and confirm compliance
- Mentor / training the Engineer’s Site team on the QMS systems
- Establish, maintain and manage the Site action register including weekly reporting;

- Demonstrated ability to implement and maintain QA/QC processes
- Design project quality management plans
- Experience working in an Engineering and Mining environment, with a good understanding of projects in construction phase
