ELEVATE has also developed the first KPI-based monthly monitoring program to show the links between business performance issues and social non-compliance. When a supplier needs more guidance our Capacity Building experts design holistic and custom improvement plans to create long-term solutions.

**Responsibilities**

**Support auditors on audit schedules, logistics as needed;**
- Escalate scheduling related issues to client/managers, such as denied access etc.;
- Support auditors on audit schedules, logistics as needed;
- Timely respond factory and client inquiries regarding to audit schedules and related issues;
- Input and update audit related data in Aruvio and client system if any;
- Other office work assignments as needed.

**Establish and maintain business standards for accuracy, productivity and reliability, m**anage the daily functions of the Business, such as**:

- Follow up new audit/ training requests
- Schedule audits/ training as per relevant client cycle.
- Prepare client audit package before an audit.
- Co-ordinate travel/ accommodation/venue arrangement whenever required.
- Provide job instructions to the auditors.
- Communicating and Coordinating the arrangement and confirmation of forthcoming visits to both client and auditor/trainer.
- Ensure the correspondence to trainees is up to date with current industry information. When in doubt, consult with the Director or technical team.
- Updating the website with the latest events and promoting them online

**Qualifications**
- Relevant educational background (English, Administration, etc.)
- Good communication skills; Coordinate with factory, vendor and client for processing audit requests, audit schedules and audit invoices based on client operating procedure (COP); and meet Key Turn Around Time related to assessment cycle time.
- Support auditors on audit schedules, logistics as needed;

- Detail-minded, be patient, honesty and integrity, diligence and good team spirit;
- Adhere to all company policies relating to integrity and confidentiality of information;
- Good command of English both oral and written;
- Good command of office software, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
