**The Company**
Lotus People are delighted to be partnering with a well-known medical educational institution located in Macquarie Park. Being based in the university, their extensive health services are informed by ground-breaking research and education. This organisation is one of Australia's most comprehensive not-for-profit healthcare providers, who provide health services for common, complex and rare medical conditions.

**The Role**
In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for the editing and coordination of learning materials whilst adhering to government framework and ensuring learning objectives are met. Working across Workday, you will review learning data to adjust training modules accordingly, escalate any occurring issues and provide training and advise to internal team leads and SMEs on training content.

**The Duties**
- Develop and update all training modules in line with the mandatory government framework.
- Management of Workday drive including uploading of e-learning modules and videos along with the creation of lessons and courses.
- Administration for enrolments and tracking of student attendance on courses.
- Collaborate and engage with team leaders and SMEs.
- Undertake and administer audits for compliance.
- Report running and review of learning data.

- Prior experience of designing writing and editing learning material
- Experience in implementing and administering training on an online platform
- Experience using Workday within higher education
- A can-do attitude, confidence using systems and ability to hit the ground running
