**About the Role**
The Creative Production Specialist is responsible for the management of external creative, media, and other production agencies to support the marketing team deliver campaigns, events, communications and digital programs and tactical initiatives across the markets to drive business and brand growth
There will be a requirement to work across our markets, so you will also be liaising with agencies and vendors as well as colleagues across Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and Indonesia.
Your key accountabilities will include:
- Manage the production of creative and multimedia assets, promotional materials, and merchandise, via external providers, to ensure high-quality execution, brand consistency, and timely delivery of all materials.
- Oversee production schedules on all aspects of campaigns and projects, including obtaining quotes, negotiating cost-effective production of all materials, scheduling, project and risk management, ensuring deliverable are timely and within budget.
- Oversee the end-to-end conceptualisation, planning and delivery of digital multimedia programs such as video production or podcast management and production.
- Be a key point of liaison and coordination with internal and external teams with responsibility for briefing in design jobs, clarifying needs, obtaining approvals and coordinating design reviews.
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the marketing and agency teams to ensure a cohesive approach to campaign execution.
- Develop and implement KPIs to measure the effectiveness of creative, media and digital production efforts, analysing performance data to optimise future projects.
- Document production workflows and establish best practices for creative production processes to support scalability and operational efficiency.
- Source design assets such as images (when required) ensuring approvals are in place with the rights and permissions team and that relevant procedures are followed.
**About You**
We are seeking a highly organised Marketing professional who enjoys managing external and internal workflows to timelines.
Ideally coming from an agency background, you will be managing engagements and deliverables with external agencies and vendors, overseeing creative workflows, ensuring the timely delivery of creative assets, and maintaining alignment with our brand strategy.
To be successful, you will need:
- Experience in marketing - client or agency side - or creative production, with expertise in project and design management and multimedia asset development for brand and marketing.
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills for collaborating with both internal teams and external agencies/vendors.
- Experience working with external agencies.
- Exceptional organisational skills with a keen attention to detail, enabling effective management of projects from concept to completion.
- Ability to multitask, prioritise workloads, and remain composed under pressure.
- Proficient in using web-based project management tools (e.g., Asana).
- Exposure to the technology sector, particularly GIS, is advantageous but not essential.
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours and ability to travel nationally when needed.
- You must hold current permanent and full-time working rights in Australia.
