- **The Role **We have a vacancy for a Content Creative to support a dynamic and focused group of property specialists and assist with marketing, communication, graphic designs and web technologies to achieve our business growth goals and effectively connect our brand with our Clients. If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter with innovative ideas to improve client experience we would like to meet you.

**Skills and Experience**
The successful applicant will possess the following:

- Graphic design or similar qualifications desirable
- Demonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM software
- Familiarity with web design and HTML
- A mature friendly approach to duties with a client focus and sense of urgency
- Ability to work in a demanding and fast paced role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong analytical, problem solving and project management skills
- Property industry knowledge an advantage but not essential
- Experience in Canva and video production

**Core Duties and Responsibilities** **Administrative and clerical support to the team and Directors**
- Create and design content for website, social media and digital marketing
- Keep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaigns
- Stay up-to-date with digital marketing
- Assist with the production of management and sales proposals in Canva
- Assist Directors and the Team as necessary
- Telephone duties and general administration support as required
- Design of merchandise, branding materials, advertising needs, brochures, photography, media
- Create and edit video publications and manage website library
- Participate and contribute to weekly activities including team meetings and knowledge updates
- Be prepared to learn a variety of aspects of the property industry and support other team members
