**The Role**

Reporting to the Bar Manager, this role requires a hospitality professional who will be accountable for assisting management with the day-to-day operations of the venue whilst providing hands-on leadership & support to the front of house team.

In this role, you’ll provide joyfully elevated experiences through your genuine care for guests. As well as:

- Provide day-to-day operational support to ensure exceptional customer service delivery & manage guest expectations.
- Provide leadership and role-model behaviours to support the team through training, coaching and development.
- Assisting with financial evaluation, such as COGs and labor costs.

**About you**
- Previous supervisory experience in a similar premium, high volume bar is preferred.
- Availability to work Full Time across a 24/7 rotating roster, including late nights, weekends and public holidays
- Thrive working in a fast-paced environment with the ability to make key decisions under pressure.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with guests and stakeholders at all levels
