**About the Role**:
As the Bar Supervisor or Head Bartender at Di Francesco Cucina, you’ll oversee our bar operations, ensuring that our guests enjoy a selection of well-made drinks, including cocktails, wine, and spirits. You’ll lead and support the bar team, maintain the bar area, and ensure smooth service throughout. Your ability to create a welcoming environment with quality drinks will play a key role in our guests’ dining experience.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and supervise the bar team, ensuring excellent service and efficient operations
- Prepare and serve a range of classic drinks, including cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Train and support bar staff, ensuring consistency and quality in all beverage service
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar area
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, as well as liquor licensing laws

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Proven experience as a bartender, with at least 1-2 years in a supervisory or head bartender role
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, wine, and spirits
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and manage a team
- A passion for hospitality and a genuine interest in Italian cuisine and culture
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude

Pay: $25.80 - $36.06 per hour

Expected hours: 8 - 38 per week

Schedule:

- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- bar supervisory: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- RSA (preferred)

- Australia (required)
