**The Company**
This SME is recruiting for an Accounts Officer on a part time basis. The hours are up to 25 hours per week and can be very flexible (rare, I know) did you want to work school hours 5 days a week? Or 3 full days? The choice is yours
Based in Welshpool, there is ample parking on site, and the opportunity to work some time from home.
This role is offered on a temporary to permanent basis, and would require someone to start immediately.
**The Role**
This is a broad role with many areas of responsibility outside transactional accounting, however finance will be you first priority and you will have sole responsibility. Some your duties involve:
- Accounts Payable processing, including reconciling monthly supplier invoices and preparing payment runs
- Monitor Accounts Receivable and follow up outstanding invoices
- Customer support and investigation of all invoice related issues
- Receipting and allocating received payments
- Petty cash reconciliations and support for expense management including reconciling credit card transactions
- General office support where required
**Your Profile**
***This role will suit someone who has all the right motivations for wanting to work part time. You will have experience in full transactional accounting and be comfortable to support a small office.
Excellent communication skills and prioritizing are a must and will be reflected in your past experiences through references.
