**About this role**:
We’re seeking an Account/Production Manager that will enhance the creative family of a boutique Architectural Visualisation practice. Our client operates as a tight knit team on every project to ensure communication, accuracy and attention to detail are paramount.

At an exciting moment in development establishing the reputation for outstanding work and growing a team of amazing artists. We are looking for someone whose broad range of skills and interests, aligned with their engaging personality and proactive approach, can hit the ground running and become a core member of the team.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Account management (40%)
- First point of contact with clients
- Lead client meetings
- Manage information flow between clients/stakeholders and our team, throughout the project lifetime
- Quoting & invoicing

Production management (40%)
- Act as single point of contact for clients
- Ensure smooth, timely, organised flow of information, from initial project brief through to final deliverables
- Source/collate additional project info where required
- Monitor deliverables and internal hours to ensure deadlines are met and projects are profitable
- Review all outgoing work to ensure all feedback has been captured
- Scheduling

Marketing & business development (15%)
- CRM database management
- Managing our social media feed
- Overseeing our EDM schedule

Studio culture & administration (5%)
- Organising team activities
- Support in staff reviews
- Support in general admin tasks where required
