We are looking for a **Head of Commercial Growth** who will supercharge the growth of this new digital challenger. You will be analytical and process-oriented with a sophisticated understanding of the tools available for driving and measuring the growth of a digital business. You will be an early hire of the venture and work closely with our MD to drive the commercial success through partnerships, conversion, and everything else related to revenue.
**In this role you will lead** **the commercial and customer growth of a new digital challenger**
- Build and operate your own marketing and growth team
- Grow our customer base through digital and offline channels, focusing on relevant KPIs such as CAC, ROI, and LTV
- Drive adoption of our products, working with the MD and product team to ensure our offerings are commercially viable
- Create our growth strategy to develop sustainable multi-channel growth levers for acquisition, activation, retention, referral and revenue
- Establish and nurture commercial partnerships
- Drive engagement and growth through content and marketing, relevant and tailored for our target demographic
- Build our marketing and analytics infrastructure, including piping, tracking, and data schema
- Design and build approach for product analytics (features success, activation, retention, etc.), growth analytics (cohort analysis, lifecycle, LTV, etc.), CRM and marketing automation
- Work hand in hand with our product team to develop and optimise the product experience with a 'test and learn' mindset
- **PLEASE NOTE** - this is a Sydney based role, and will require 2 days per week from the office
**In this role you should have**
- 7+ years of experience building and leading successful growth and go-to
- market strategies
- 2+years’ experience leading a team of marketers and growth professionals
- Channel expertise across the entire growth and marketing funnel, from performance marketing and partnerships to content and brand
- Advanced analytical skills and ability to demonstrate the capacity of making data-informed decisions in any situation’
- Experience developing commercial strategies
- Exceptional quantitative and analytical capabilities
- Competencies in relevant martech solutions (e.g., Google Analytics, CRMs)
- A strong passion for working in a start-up environment, with background Industry expertise in eCommerce, fintech, or content creation
