The Hotel
Surrounded by the Royal Botanic Gardens, beautiful Sydney Harbour, the city skyline and located on the historic Macquarie Street is Sir Stamford Circular Quay. Awarded for its outstanding service and facilities, the hotel features 18th Century Louis XV and Georgian antiques, and houses one of Australia's largest private collections of fine art. The hotel itself partly resides in a building dating back to the late 1800's that is listed with the National Heritage Register.
The hotel offers 105 generously sized, luxuriously appointed guest rooms including 15 suites, a restaurant, a bar and 4 function rooms.
The Role
We are currently looking for a Full Time Food and Beverage Team Leader who will lead a team of dedicated F&B professionals and deliver exceptional dining experiences to our guests.
Reporting to the Food & Beverage Supervisor, you will be accountable for the performance of all Food and Beverage outlets including Dining Room, Bar, and In-Room dining with a focus on Banquets Operations.
As a the F&B Team Leader you will conduct & attend daily team meetings & train staff members on F&B standard operational procedures. You will ensure briefings are held for each guest function and will be responsible for the set
- up and running of functions, assist with the rostering of Banquets Attendants and the beverage stock organisation.

Demonstrated ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
Proven experience in supervising & leading staff
Proactive hands on approach
WHS Management
Exceptional customer service standards
Ability to build strong guest and client relationships
Flexible working hours and available to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts is essential. Along with weekends and public holidays
Preferred minimum 1 years' experience in a similar role or an Acting F&B Team Leader or Senior F&B Attendant within a 4 - 5 star Hotel environment
Excellent standards of personal presentation and grooming
Intermediate computer knowledge particularly in the use of MS Office including Outlook and Micros
Outstanding communication, written and verbal as well as interpersonal skills
Current NSW RSA Certificate
