Surrounded by the Royal Botanic Gardens, beautiful Sydney Harbour, the city skyline and located on the historic Macquarie Street is Sir Stamford Circular Quay. Awarded for its outstanding service and facilities, the hotel features 18th Century Louis XV and Georgian antiques, and houses one of Australia's largest private collections of fine art. The hotel itself partly resides in a building dating back to the late 1800's that is listed with the National Heritage Register.
The hotel offers 105 generously sized, luxuriously appointed guest rooms including 15 suites, a restaurant, a bar and 4 function rooms.
The Role
Sir Stamford at Circular Quay is currently recruiting dynamic and motivated Food & Beverage Attendants to work across all Hotel F&B Outlets.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests
Ensure outlets are set prior to meal service, including table set up and clearance
Greet and serve guests in a prompt manner
Understand the menu, offer suggestions, and up-sell food and beverage items
Ensure correct pack down procedures are followed
Look after guest inquiries in a professional manner
Re-stock fridges to par levels, store and ensure the outlet is correctly stocked in accordance with outlet stock control guidelines

Passionate about hospitality, food and wine
Exceptional customer service skills
Outstanding communication skills
Immaculate presentation
A real go-getter, who can think on their feet
The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
Eye for detail
Current NSW Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol is essential
Demonstrated experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant in a hotel environment
