Food Service Attendant

Job Description

The role of Food Service Attendant is to provide exceptional food and beverage service to guests. This involves setting up outlets prior to meal service, including table set up and clearance. It also includes greeting and serving guests in a prompt manner.

Key responsibilities include understanding the menu, offering suggestions, and upselling food and beverage items. The successful candidate will also ensure correct pack down procedures are followed and look after guest inquiries in a professional manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Passionate about hospitality, food and wine
  • Immaculate presentation
  • A real go-getter, who can think on their feet
  • The flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends
  • Current NSW Recognised Responsible Service of Alcohol
  • Demonstrated experience as a Food and Beverage Attendant in a hotel environment
