**This new exciting project is coming to life in September & is the baby of an expanding group of hospitality professionals.**

We are after an outgoing, super positive human to meet & greet our guests, take bookings & be the face of the business. You're the first & last impression we can make & we want this to be every-lasting.

This restaurant & bar offering authentic Japanese inspired cuisine with a world class wine list & cocktail / beverage program is opening soon.

Using all Japanese spirits & extensive sake offering the offering is world class & the fit out to die for...

We have some industry legends creating the offering of this soon to be Sydney best-in-sector restaurant, seating 150 people over two levels with 4 private dining rooms to choose from.

To be successful in this role you will have:

- 1 plus years of experience working in multi-faceted, high paced environments in a leadership position
- The ability to manage a diverse suite of operations simultaneously.
- High-level service protocols
- Experience in, and competent compliance knowledge.
- A track record of working with great teams with a positive culture.
